can't log in to different named account

i made this account a LONG time ago and I thought i'd make a new one with a name i'd prefer to use.
if we're not allowed to have more than 1 account, then just ignore this post.
But if it's possible... can I either have this account deleted or just have the name changed to Kichiru?

Registrations are a bit busted right now, you might try registering/logging on at http://blogs.neotacular.com if you're having trouble on the forum. Both use the same user base, so everything should work over here too.
