Upload a file...o-o

Tried to upload files and all I kept getting was:

Warning: require_once(/var/www/vhosts/neotacular.com/httpdocs/smf/SSI.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/neotac/public_html/admin/graphics/upload.php on line 3

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/neotacular.com/httpdocs/smf/SSI.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/neotac/public_html/admin/graphics/upload.php on line 3

Dx Is it like, broken? Or something? Anyway, fix? I needa to transfer some graphics while I caaaaan o-o'
